Paypal and Klarna are our preferred methods of payment. If you have a bank account or credit card already linked to a Paypal account then you should find that payment for your order is quick and easy. We also welcome guest checkout purchases so hopefully you should find that you are able to make purchases without signing up to our store.

Customs Information (Countries outside of the European Union)

Any person or organisation ordering from outside the EU may be charged a handling fee by their countries customs., This is most likely to happen when placing a large order. A handling fee is not usually charged on smaller / single orders unless the value exceeds £40

We aim to dispatch all orders in 1 working day. We will notify you by email once your package has been shipped

Shipping Estmates

Uk (Standard) 2 to 5 working days from date of dispatch

UK (Express) 1 to 2 working days from date of dispatch

Europe: 10 to 14 working days from date of dispatch 

Rest of World: 14 to 21 working days from date of dispatch


We take very good care when packing your order. We want you to receive your items in excellent condition

The type of packaging used will be determined by what has been ordered

If the order contains items requiring different types of packaging then an order may be split into different consignments. We will notify you of how many consignments make up your order via email

Posters are dispatched rolled in sturdy mailing tubes. If the order contains more than 1 poster then they may be carefully rolled together

Action figures & models are dispatched in cushioned boxes

Badge packs & wristbands are dispatched in bubble lined jiffy mailers

Comic books & magazines are dispatched in board backed envelopes


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order please email us at so that we can resolve your issue

We accept change of mind returns providing the order is returned to us in the same condition it was dispatched in. For change of mind returns the buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost 

For faulty items / sent in error items we may ask you to return the goods to us. Alternatively we may just require photograhic evidence to prcess your claim

For faulty items / sent in error items we will endeavour to fulfil the original order. Alternatively if the order is no longer required we will refund buyers in full. Any returns postage costs incurred by the buyer will also be refunded by us for faulty / sent in error items once they have been returned

Please notify us of any problems within 14 days of receipt. Any returns must be back with us within 30 days from date of complaint
